I originally wanted a 12 yd but the young lady talked me into getting an 18 because it was 6 yd larger however and only $20 more. What she DIDN'T tell me was that the allowed weight was exactly the same (maximum 1 ton) so they ended up charging me about $70 more because there was more weight in the dumpster. So really even though you pay for 18 yd dumpster only $20 more you end up spending a $100 more because you can fit more stuff in there and they charge you for the additional weight by the pound. If I got in the 12 yd dubster then I probably would not have been over the ton That they allow but they only allow one ton for both the 12 and the 18 yd dumpster so be aware of that it's a classic bait and switch. Was on time and very helpful !! Would use again. After comparing rates and availability for several dumpster providers, Dumpster Today had the best rates and they were able to provide the size dumpster I needed when I needed it. When I called to extend my contract by a few days, they happily accommodated my request. The folks I spoke with were professional and eager to meet my needs. This seemed very affordable but turned out to be more expensive than the other companies around the area. After no one reached back out to me, I called the office again and she transferred me to a number, in which no one answered. On-time and not on budget 18 yd rental over $400.00. Got a second bill for over 300.00 in additional charges. Run as fast as you can from these people, This is the second time that I have used Dumpster Today. This service is AMAZING. Ordering online is quick and simple.
