I originally wanted a 12 yd but the young lady talked me into getting an 18 because it was 6 yd larger however and only $20 more. What she DIDN'T tell me was that the allowed weight was exactly the same (maximum 1 ton) so they ended up charging me about $70 more because there was more weight in the dumpster. So really even though you pay for 18 yd dumpster only $20 more you end up spending a $100 more because you can fit more stuff in there and they charge you for the additional weight by the pound. If I got in the 12 yd dubster then I probably would not have been over the ton That they allow but they only allow one ton for both the 12 and the 18 yd dumpster so be aware of that it's a classic bait and switch. Everytime I called the office they were extremely helpful! Quick pickup and drop off from them, and BEST PRICE in the area! Just ordered my second dumpster!Update**I received a notice of an invoice of an extra $164 due to going over weight. I called the office with concern and explained to them that I already over paid due to paying upfront additional day and only needing it for a three day rental. I was told management would reach out to me to discuss this issue further and see what could be done considering I just ordered another dumpster from them. This seemed very affordable but turned out to be more expensive than the other companies around the area. After no one reached back out to me, I called the office again and she transferred me to a number, in which no one answered. I have canceled my order and found a company that offers a flat rate with no hidden fees. Would like to thank Dumpster Today for the awesome customer service from start to finish. The pick up was the same. On-time and not on budget 18 yd rental over $400.00. Got a second bill for over 300.00 in additional charges.
