Everytime I called the office they were extremely helpful! Quick pickup and drop off from them, and BEST PRICE in the area! Just ordered my second dumpster!Update**I received a notice of an invoice of an extra $164 due to going over weight. I called the office with concern and explained to them that I already over paid due to paying upfront additional day and only needing it for a three day rental. I was told management would reach out to me to discuss this issue further and see what could be done considering I just ordered another dumpster from them. This seemed very affordable but turned out to be more expensive than the other companies around the area. After no one reached back out to me, I called the office again and she transferred me to a number, in which no one answered. I have canceled my order and found a company that offers a flat rate with no hidden fees.

We are moving and needed to do a good clean out. I can across dumpster today while looking through many companies. There prices were the best so I decided to give it a try. I went ahead and set up my schedule drop off and paid Through their secured site .They delivered first thing the morning of my scheduled delivery date, they were very polite and considerate of the area around the dumpster as we live in a townhome fairly close to other neighbors. We got to work right away and once we were done, they picked it up on our scheduled pick up day and we had no issues with that and they took our dumpster off and we had no issues. Also, for it being a dumpster, the dumpster was very clean. There was no mess inside of the dumpster when we received it. It did not smell or anything like that. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

I will say, if you call the number it goes through a national call center or franchise but eventually you get to someone local. Nothing terrible, but just to note as it was surprising.As far as ordering the dumpster online, super easy. What is not clear is: will they contact you prior to delivery, do you need to do anything special, etc. Well, I called them (hence the first sentence) and they were so sweet. They will text you and say the dumpster is "12 min out" which is an arbitrary number and funny. Human dropped the dumpster off in a very calculated manner that took less than one minute. The pick up was the same. I assume all is good with the weight and materials, haven't heard anything back and its been 24hrs.Highly recommend, I felt the most economical of the local companies but will absolutely get another dumpster from them, preferably one on fire, to match my life.

This is the second time that I have used Dumpster Today. This service is AMAZING. Ordering online is quick and simple. The delivery and pickup of the dumpster is touchless. Multiple communication texts and emails ensures that I know where we are at in the rental process. I completely demolished my 30' x 15' living room from ceiling to carpet and the 18 cubic yard still had a little room to spare.

I place the wrong date for when I needed the dumpster thinking that was a Friday and it was a Saturday called in the morning and spoke to somebody. Found out that I did that wrong and she and Melissa was awesome call me back at by the end of the day and was having somebody come out to bring it.
