It was easy to book a dumpster with Dumpster Today Virginia Beach. I chose the smallest one, but I received a free upgrade which was a godsend since we actually had more trash than anticipated. Delivery and pickup was same day. The dumpster was clean with no leaks, and it did not smell.Just follow the instructions, be transparent on what you are throwing out (local landfill regulations), and be sure to not overload it with garbage in plain view (you’ll pay more; penalty).I’ll be booking again, as the need arises.

I paid $350 for the second to smallest dumpster. Filled to the top, front and back of junk accumulated over 10 plus years. We had junk that had no use simply occupying space in the garage , bedrooms and the shed. Life is so much better now. 😌 Great service overall. Excellent communication for drop off and pickup. Everytime I called the office they were extremely helpful! Quick pickup and drop off from them, and BEST PRICE in the area! Just ordered my second dumpster!Update**I received a notice of an invoice of an extra $164 due to going over weight. I called the office with concern and explained to them that I already over paid due to paying upfront additional day and only needing it for a three day rental. I was told management would reach out to me to discuss this issue further and see what could be done considering I just ordered another dumpster from them. This seemed very affordable but turned out to be more expensive than the other companies around the area. After no one reached back out to me, I called the office again and she transferred me to a number, in which no one answered. I have canceled my order and found a company that offers a flat rate with no hidden fees.

I place the wrong date for when I needed the dumpster thinking that was a Friday and it was a Saturday called in the morning and spoke to somebody. Found out that I did that wrong and she and Melissa was awesome call me back at by the end of the day and was having somebody come out to bring it. I live out of state, and had to arrange the dumpster from a long distance. Melissa answered all of my questions to make sure that I was setting everything up correctly.
