We called first thing Friday morning and was told we were the second dropoff of the day. By noon, when we still had no dumpster or communication otherwise we called back. The receptionist seemed confused why we didn’t have our dumpster yet and said she would give us a call right back. Over an hour later we still had no dumpster nor a callback. So we called again, she said “we were still next” she would call the driver again and have him call us with his ETA. By 4:15, we still had no call, dumpster and had lost a day from work waiting around. The dumpster arrived after 5pm, and we were told we would get an extra day for our reservation (pickup now being Tuesday). The dumpster just got picked up 10 minutes ago…Paid for 3 days, got 2. Would NOT recommend Great company for your dumping needs Exactly as they state on their site, they showed up same day and dropped off the dumpster. It was clean and in good shape. The driver did an awesome job. They came and retrieved it without any problems. Definitely would use again. Next day delivery, good condition, great communication, good price. Very happy. With a 12 CY rental they included only 1 ton of debris. My load went over by short of 2 tons. There was a torrential rain yesterday and I am sure I paid for that as well. 300 dollars for dump fees and 300 for the rental . Over 600 dollars total for a small rental. While they were quick with drop off and pick up of the dumpster, I paid for the protective pads to prevent damage to my driveway, essentially just wooden blocks. They did not have the pads at delivery and put it down on my driveway without the pads. They did not bother to ask whether or not I wanted it to be delivered without the pads, and it did do some damage to my driveway but assured me the pads would be refunded, which they were not. When they picked up the dumpster and gave me the weight receipt, I received a charge for 80.00 of overages. This came with an invoice I had to sign and accept but without signing and accepting it they charged my card without my permission. The receipt showed EXACTLY 3000lbs of net weight which is incredibly suspicious for two reasons. One, there is no way the amount of stuff I put in the dumpster weighed 3000lbs. Two, there is no way it weighed EXACTLY 3000lbs. it wasn't 2999, it wasn't 3001, it wasn't some imprecise number like that. It was somehow EXACTLY 3000lbs, which makes it feel a lot like a scam or a falsified receipt they use to justify charging more.Edit: The owner called me after talking to their customer service person and tried to blame me for not telling them to remove the dumpster that they dropped off after dropped it off without the protective padding. I explained the damage was already done when it was dropped off without the padding that I paid for, and he just continued to repeat how it was my fault, and took no ownership for his staff not communicating that the padding was not there not dropping it off. He was quick to blame everyone and everything but his self, issued no real apology and continued to antagonize me, and then when I got angry at his continuing to blame me became very condescending about it. The drop off and pick up of the dumpster was seamless. We received timely updates and would highly recommend this company and the service.
