The customer support was great. It was delivered on time and placed where I wanted it to go. The only issue I had is when it was picked up. There was some confusion on it being brought back to the site. I had hired 2 people to help complete the job but the dumpster never came back for two days. I am pleased with the all around service, but I feel there needs to be a better way of confirming weather the customer wants to have the dumpster returned return AFTER it is emptied or not. Update (Jun 2025): In late June, I hired Dumpster Today again. I did a 3-day rental for another, complete clean out of our house in late June, before we moved out, and up to New York on the 27th. Great service. Called for a rolloff and they had it in my driveway within a couple hours. I was a little concerned they would have had a little problem with my driveway as it was raining and my driveway is dirt, but almost zero evidence it was even there. Would highly recommend! Super nice people

Overall service was excellent but we all have to operate businesses and make money. I signed up for 7 days because as I suspected 7 actually equaled 5 and 3 would’ve equaled ONE full day. Now they were comparatively generous in my case because they dropped the dumpster off before noon with one day’s notice so not really same day which as I read through the contract I saw that same-day was meant literally, delivered before 11:30pm the “same day” and naturally it could be picked up as early as 8am on pick up day. And they picked up at 2pm on pick up day. You could not choose the pick up time. They also didn’t charge me when I texted an extension and they showed up on the original pick up day anyway. Thank goodness I was there at the time or I would have been SOL. But at $25 a day for extension of the rental it was a great relief and a good bargain. As a small business owner operator myself I might try to offer a five and ten day “deal” instead and been more up front and less buyer beware - this is a dumpster not a pizza order about the delivery and pick up “days”. Since customers are always happier when you deliver early and pick up late if it is to their advantage it might give me time to arrange earlier than expected deliveries and later than expected pick ups as well.

Less expensive than other companies I called. First 4000 lbs included in price. They notified me before delivery and before pick up. Easy to schedule online. The only problem I had is the office is not always manned during business hours. If you have a question, it is difficult to get hold of someone. Overall great experience. Would recommend them.
