Great company and responsible

This is only the second time I have used a dumpster service. Our previous experience with Baus was ultimately better - more personal, and cheaper. That said, this service was fast, able to accommodate last minute, and extremely friendly on the phone once I was able to finally get someone on the line. The phone answering service was a little annoying. I got stuck in a phone tree and AI bot when I tried to call to pay the additional charge for overage. They initially said they weren’t in my area, but I knew that was incorrect. Then I had to call two different numbers to try to pay my balance and ultimately gave up. The 1000 lbs of disposal that came with the rental was not enough for a basic garage clean out, so keep that in mind. We had a few pieces of furniture along with lamps, books, things like computer bags, shoes, speakers, old sports gear…I was very surprised at the additional fee we ultimately needed to pay for the weight. The driver was very easy to work with and accommodating. Pickup was fast and easy. Last thing, probably a little picky, but the bright orange color with the company name was also a little tacky, and my mom really hated having that in front of the house.

this is the third time i've used them, they have been always great to work with, the first time we moved into a house that the previous owner left a mess and they got us a dumpster within three hours..

I needed a dumpster to clean out a house after 25 years of living there. I called dumpster today and they were so helpful as I did not know what I needed. They delivered it on time and pick up as needed and kept me in touch every step of the way. They made it so easy. Their pricing was very reasonable. I am going to need another one in a few months and they will be the first I call.

Not only did they deliver the dumpster on time, but they were able to place it where we requested and picked it up with the same ease. I checked numerous dumpster rental sites before deciding on Dumpster today. When the dumpster arrived, it was placed exactly where I asked it to be placed. The driver was courteous. I called a a couple hours later because it had rained hard and there was a lot of rain in bottom of dumpster. Although it did not have a plug or drain, they said they would come out and empty the rain out, and give me an extra day. So that is certainly solving the problem and going way beyond expectations. I called because I had received a message about pickup day without the extra day. They let me know right away that it was an automatic message and not to worry about it. They answer your calls and are very courteous and helpful. The price was also $50 cheaper than the places I called. So be sure to check them out next time you need a dumpster. I will need one again. I believe I have a slight horder in this house that I am trying to sell. I am the personal representative. I think that will finally clear it. Thanks again Dumpster today employees.
