Great experience. It was easy to set up drop-off and pickup from the website, they texted reminders for the dates and for questions, and they delivered the next day when all the others were booking a week out! Prices were very reasonable too. We filled two dumpsters from the driveway and it was so convenient. Highly recommend.

I am giving them 5 stars because even though there was some confusion with the dumpster drop off ETA, the customer service rep I spoke with over the phone was very kind and courteous. She explained the issue and within 10min of speaking with her I received a text message from the driver and we had the dumpster in our driveway within the hour. They were amazing! Also, when they came to pick up the dumpster I didnt realize I parked too close to the dumpster and they couldn't remove it, but the driver was very patient and made multiple attempts to contact me. I was able to move my vehicle and they took the dumpster away very quickly. Every staff member is very professional, kind and very considerate of my needs. All of which I truly appreciated. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs a dumpster service.

I loved my experience with them! It was my first time renting a dumpster in my life. They were very helpful, friendly, and understanding throughout the whole process of me learning. They send emails and text messages letting you know when they arrive for pickup/drop off, so if you're out taking care of business it'll be there when you get back. There was no hassle whatsoever and they took care of everything else after pickup so that's less work for me! I'll be referring them to everyone I know and I'll be using Dumpster Today forever!

The service was fantastic. They were accommodating with schedules, and while there was a delay with pickup (completely out of their control), they allowed extra time for us to throw stuff out, free of charge, rather than push it on us.

Receptionist was helped with the size ai needed based off of some questions she asked. She ensured we knew what was allowed to go in container so we would not get charged extra fees.
