Excellent experience from start to end. Ordering was easy, delivery and pick-up were prompt. Equipment was clean and looked to be new. Driver (Aaron) was great. Really liked the email communication updates indicating when the driver was on their way, estimated arrival time and ability to track progress, confirmations of arrival and departure, and explicit details of invoicing. Jessica was most helpful when I called about information. After we made the decision to get dumpster, it was delivered and picked up within stated time frame. Drivers were courteous and helpful. The dumpster did arrive with a lump of mud, concrete, and rock debris in it. I sent pictures to office but it didn't seem to interfere with final weight. Was a little hazardous walking on it when it was wet from rain. Will definitely use this company again if we ever have the need. Only four stars because dumpster came with afore mentioned debris.
