Excellent service and very friendly - Matrix Composites

The customer support was great. It was delivered on time and placed where I wanted it to go. The only issue I had is when it was picked up. There was some confusion on it being brought back to the site. I had hired 2 people to help complete the job but the dumpster never came back for two days. I am pleased with the all around service, but I feel there needs to be a better way of confirming weather the customer wants to have the dumpster returned return AFTER it is emptied or not.

Friendly and on time service

Our experience was absolutely great. I highly recommend. The delivery and pick up was on time and the dumpster itself was in great shape. The customer service is excellent.

This is the third time I have used this service and the third time I have been absolutely thrilled with the prompt communication and coordination from Dumpster Today. For such a nuanced service, you can't ask for a better company to deal with! Spring cleaning or renovations, this is the place I will always come to. Our experience very good. We reserved a dumpster for a week and asked to have it dropped of the next day. They confirmed and had the dumpster there the next morning. It was in pretty good shape as far as the lock bars on the doors weren't rusted and hard to engage. They gave us a 24 hour reminder that they'd be picking up the dumpster. Quick pickup, no issues. Definitely recommend.
