Please note that we DO NOT allow more than 2 TOTAL cubic yards of ceramic roofing tile, floor tile, concrete, concrete block ,brick, small rocks, dirt, sand, earth or sod in a dumpster at a time. These materials are extreme heavy. 2 cubic yards of these materials can weigh up to 6,000 lbs. While our dumpsters have 18 cubic yards (of space) our max weight is 8,000 lbs. 2 cubic yards of these materials = roughly 1/9th of the dumpster space. DO NOT LOAD CONCRETE INTO OUR DUMPSTERS. WE WILL NOT PICK IT UP.
Earthen Items Are Very Heavy

About Yard Waste*
Yard waste and trees are no problem. I agree not to put large amounts of dirt, sand, sod or rock/concrete in the dumpster. Small amounts of these are OK (MAX of 2 yards, which can weigh up to 6,000 lbs.). Please note: our dumpsters have an 8,000 lb. max load limit. I agree NOT to LOAD more than 2 Yards of these heavy materials and I will be responsible to unload and/or cover the costs to unload the excess weight in order for Dumpster Today to retrieve the dumpster at the end of the rental period.

Please Read Carefully. This is a Legally Binding Contractual Agreement:

Thank you for renting from Dumpster Today. This document serves as a contractual agreement for your Dumpster Today roll-off Dumpster rental(s).

Definitions: In this document the word “Lessee” refers to the renter, the word “Lessor” refers to Dumpster Today, the word “Dumpster” refers to the rented dumpster, container, or bin Lessor delivers to Lessee under the agreement. The term “Rental Period” refers to the time beginning at Dumpster delivery to the Lessee and does not end until the Dumpster contents are accepted without protest by Lessor’s choice of disposal facility. The term “In-Possession” refers to the time period in which the Dumpster is located at the address which Lessee provided for the rental. The terms “Electronically Signing” and “Electronic Signature” refer to Lessee’s mark or indication of acceptance on the Dumpster Today website order form, through cell phone texts, or through email. The terms “Verbally Providing” and “Verbally Requesting” refer to Lessee’s verbal request on the phone or in person to rent a Dumpster from Lessor during which Lessee provides credit card and/or payment information for the Dumpster rental.

Loading Level & Weight Instructions – The MAXIMUM WEIGHT FOR ANY DUMPSTER IS 4 TONS (8,000 lbs.). If weight limit is exceeded, or the driver believes it is exceeded, you will be required to unload Dumpster at your expense to a safe weight. If Dumpster is physically overloaded, or driver believes Dumpster is physically overloaded from debris sticking out of the sides, top, front and/or back you will be required to unload Dumpster and make it safe for travel. If your Dumpster has debris over the top rail which limits us from placing our tarp over your Dumpster SAFELY and without the possibility of damaging the tarp, you will be required to unload Dumpster at your expense to allow our tarp to cover your Dumpster. If you are unable to unload, we reserve the right to unload Dumpster in any way deemed necessary and bill you for it. If Dumpster is unable to be picked up because it is over the weight limit, physically over-loaded, or for any other reason, renter agrees to a Trip Charge of no less than ninety-nine US dollars ($99.00), and no greater than one hundred ninety-nine US dollars ($199.00).

Hard to Handle & Hazardous and Banned Materials – NO REFRIGERATORS, NO AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS, NO TIRES, NO EARTH, NO EARTH MATERIALS of any type, NO CONCRETE, NO ASPHALT, NO BRICKS, NO ROCKS any size, NO GRAVEL, NO GRANITE, NO DIRT, NO SAND, NO SOD, NO LIQUIDS, NO PAINT, NO PAINT CANS or BUCKETS (even empty), NO LACQUERS, NO STAINS, NO ADHESIVES, NO FULL OR PARTIALLY EMPTY AEROSOL CANS (unless COMPLETELY empty), NO CAR BATTERIES, NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, NO FOOD WASTE, NO HOUSEHOLD CLEANERS, NO INK AND/OR RESINS, NO OILS, NO FUELS, NO PROPANE TANKS, NO LIQUIDS of any kind, NO EXPLOSIVES, NO PRESSURIZED CONTAINERS of any kind, or any items listed by City, State or Federal agencies with jurisdiction over the respective area. Couches, tires, televisions, computer monitors, white goods (appliances), non-friable asbestos, telephone poles, railroad ties, and agricultural waste or other items may be subject to additional charges, per item, at local disposal facilities. Fees range from $25 to $250 per item and Lessee agrees to pay for any charges arising from items disposed of in the Dumpster. If you have questions regarding acceptable items to be placed in the Dumpster or the possible additional costs and fees associated with items, please call our office prior to renting.

Rental Base Rate & Scheduling – Rental Base Rate includes Dumpster rental for a specific number of days (dependent on selection), one-time delivery and one-time pick up and may include a portion of weight (as/if indicated in order receipt). Base rate does not cover any additional hauls requested, Dumpster relocation requests, any overage of agreed upon days, weight of debris inside the Dumpster, fees from landfill or transfer station for mixed-use debris placed in dumpster or items subject to specific disposal fees or human assisted sorting of debris, damage to Dumpsters, or any inappropriate waste filling of Dumpster, overweight penalty if over 4-ton, delay charges if the Dumpster is overfull or inaccessible, labor charges to adjust uneven or unsafe loads, or any additional fees for unacceptable items, or sales tax. Delay charges to wait for Dumpster for any reason and/or to unload to make safe and ready for travel are billed at $125.00 per hour and rounded up to the nearest half hour. Dumpster pick up must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Additional days (after included days) are billed at a rate of $25 per day including Sunday(s).

Weight Rates & Additional Fees - The total weight of debris deposited in the dumpster will be charged to Lessee's payment method after depositing without protest at the landfill at the rate of $0.04 per pound. Lessee's Base Rental Rate may include up to an indicated weight amount (as/if indicated in order receipt at checkout). In this case, all weight above the amount included in the order (up to the total weight collected) will be charged at $0.04 per pound.
Pre-purchasing additional weight may be offered during check-out and if purchased will be reflected in receipt.
If dumpster is over the MAXIMUM weight limit of 4 tons (8,000 lbs.), Lessor reserves the right to impose a penalty of up to $500.00 or may require Lessee to remove the excess weight (see paragraph: Loading Level & Weight Instructions).
If Dumpster is blocked and/or cannot be picked up for any reason (fault of Lessee or not), Lessee will be billed a Trip Charge. Lessee agrees to Not Block Dumpster at any time. Trip Charge will be no less than ninety-nine US dollars ($99.00), and no greater than one hundred and ninety-nine US dollars ($199.00) per trip.
Hard to Handle, Hazardous, or Banned Items and Materials - The landfill WILL ASSESS an EXTRA FEE per item and/or STAFF ASSIST to separate waste types and Also MAY NOT accept part or the entire load. Lessee agrees to pay for any additional fees AND/OR Lessor may at sole discretion refuse to pick-up the dumpster or may return the dumpster to Lessee and continue billing Lessee at the Per Day Rate until ALL Hard to Handle, Hazardous, or Banned items and materials are removed. This will also incur a Trip Charge to Lessee.
MIXED LOADS of debris/waste - The landfill WILL ASSESS EXTRA FEES for MIXED LOADS Examples: NO palm fronds in with construction debris and no household junk in with landscaping loads. No food AT ALL. In the case of Landfill Assistance or Landfill Assessment of fees - Lessee will LOSE ANY FREE Included weight and will be charged $.04 for every lb. of waste in the dumpster plus fees for banned items. Dumpster Today team members are not responsible in any way for reviewing contents of Dumpster at Dumpster Pick-up. Customer is solely responsible for all contents of dumpster.

Damage- Lessee is responsible for all debris placed in the Dumpster. This includes items Lessee or anyone other than Lessee puts into the Dumpster while Lessee is In-Possession of Dumpster. Lessee is responsible for any damage(s) or costs which occur due to Hard to Handle, Hazardous, or Banned Items and Materials being placed into the Dumpster. If any Hard to Handle, Hazardous, or Banned Items and Materials spill, leak, drip, dump, spray, tip, stain, explode, pop, catch fire, scrape, scratch, or generally damage any equipment, vehicles, driveways, roadways, persons, or other things while on-site, in transit, at the dump, or at any other location during Rental Period, Lessee assumes full financial responsibility for any and all damage(s) incurred. Lessee is also responsible for any and all damage to the Dumpster directly, including but not limited to fire, theft, vandalism, negligence, accidents, graffiti, natural disaster, or other activity which causes damage(s) to the Dumpster while Lessee is In-Possession of the Dumpster. If Dumpster is damaged and deemed un-rentable from Lessee negligence or other activities, Lessee agrees to pay loss of use to Lessor while Dumpster is repaired and/or replaced. In the event Dumpster is damaged Lessor will provide Lessee with an estimate for repairs and Lessor will take all responsible actions to repair Dumpster as fast as possible.

Requirements, Guarantees & Responsibilities – Lessor requires a flat and level surface for Dumpster placement. Lessor cannot guarantee delivery time and/or a pick-up time but will do their best to accommodate customer(s) schedule. If Dumpster is ordered before 10:00 A.M. on a day Lessor is open, and same day delivery is requested in the standard delivery area, Lessor will attempt same day delivery but cannot guarantee this. If Lessor is unable to deliver or pick up Dumpster on requested day, Lessor will automatically schedule delivery and/or pick up on the next available working day. Normal working days are non-holidays Monday through Saturday (No SUNDAY). The customer is responsible for any local city or municipality permit, which may be required. Lessee is fully responsible for the entire contents of the Dumpster and is the rightful owner of the contents of the Dumpster until the Dumpster is disposed and accepted without protest by the prospective disposal facility. Materials may be returned to the Lessee at the Lessee’s expense.

Release of Liability / Hold Harmless – Lessee acknowledges that Lessor will not be responsible for pavement markings, road surfaces, sod, lawn, asphalt, driveway, concrete, landscaping, overhead obstructions, trees, flowers, etc. All reasonable care will be taken during placement and removal of the equipment to protect the property. Lessee is responsible for any and all damage from the time the equipment is delivered until it is returned.

Terms of Sale Agreement, and Credit Card Charge(s)
I, the Undersigned (Electronic Signature/mark) Lessee, or I, the Verbally Requesting Lessee, release Dumpster Today from all responsibility for damages that may occur during the Rental Period, placement of the Dumpster, picking up of the Dumpster, and relocating the container. Lessee agrees unconditionally to pay for all services, fees, penalties, repairs, loss of use, and any, if applicable, reasonable attorney’s fees and collection fees incurred in the collection of any monies owed to Lessor. Lessor reserves the right to limit or withdraw services at any time for any reason. I, Lessee, understand that full payment is due upon receipt of invoice(s) and I request and authorize Dumpster Today to collect any balance(s) due by charging the balance(s) to the credit card(s) on file. Any and all outstanding balance(s), which are unable to be collected or are not received as agreed according to Terms, are subject to a 3% late charge per each 30-day period. Lessor agrees to send Lessee a final bill for weight, any additional days (if applicable), Trip Charges (if applicable), damages (if applicable), and over-weight charges (if applicable) once Rental Period is completed. Lessee agrees in advance and authorizes Dumpster Today to charge Lessee’s credit card(s) on file without notice prior to sending final invoice. Any outstanding balance(s) after charging credit card(s) on file will be required in the form of cashier’s check or money order, due immediately.

By Electronically Signing this Agreement or by Verbally Providing and/or Verifying credit card details to Dumpster Today for Dumpster rental(s), I, Lessee, request, authorize, and agree to have Dumpster Today charge my credit card for the initial payment and also charge my credit card again as charges accrue after the initial payment, which may include but are not limited to weight, additional days, Trip Charges, overage fees, loss of use, any direct damage to Dumpsters, and(if) any damage is caused to equipment, vehicles, driveways, roadways, persons, or other items by the unauthorized placement of Hard to Handle, Hazardous, or Banned items or materials in the Dumpster during the Rental Period.

Dumpster Today reserves the right to end the rental agreement at pick up the Dumpster at any time for violation of agreement and charge the credit card for outstanding charge(s).
