Easy to order, best price by a mile, and it was easy to extend the rental period by a few days. They also send you communication on when the pick up and drop off were headed your way which was great. Only wish it had drain holes as it held quite a bit of water from all the rain, and when it all spilled out it had a nice 'rank' smell and had to hose off the driveway. Overall service was excellent but we all have to operate businesses and make money. I signed up for 7 days because as I suspected 7 actually equaled 5 and 3 would’ve equaled ONE full day. Now they were comparatively generous in my case because they dropped the dumpster off before noon with one day’s notice so not really same day which as I read through the contract I saw that same-day was meant literally, delivered before 11:30pm the “same day” and naturally it could be picked up as early as 8am on pick up day. And they picked up at 2pm on pick up day. You could not choose the pick up time. They also didn’t charge me when I texted an extension and they showed up on the original pick up day anyway. Thank goodness I was there at the time or I would have been SOL. But at $25 a day for extension of the rental it was a great relief and a good bargain. As a small business owner operator myself I might try to offer a five and ten day “deal” instead and been more up front and less buyer beware - this is a dumpster not a pizza order about the delivery and pick up “days”. Since customers are always happier when you deliver early and pick up late if it is to their advantage it might give me time to arrange earlier than expected deliveries and later than expected pick ups as well.
