What If My Credit Card Doesn’t Go Through Or Work?
If your credit card doesn’t go through when ordering a dumpster on our website, you’ll have to use another credit card or contact your credit card provider. Sometimes this happens due to no fault of your own. Web processed credit card transactions occasionally trigger card-servicers for possible fraudulent activity. In this case, you may need to contact them first to remove the hold on the card.
If your credit card doesn’t go through, for weight (.04 per pound), overage or additional days then, a Dumpster Today representative will call you to get another credit card. You will have up to 7 days to pay your final bill. You can also contact us to arrange another form of payment or to use a different credit card.

Our top priorities will ALWAYS be safety and abiding by the law. Our trucks have a specified legal weight limit which dictates the 4 TON max capacity on our dumpsters. In the event this weight limit is exceeded, the Dumpster Today driver may refuse pick up until the dumpster is unloaded to a safe weight at the renter's expense. If an additional dumpster is needed to remove material from the overloaded dumpster, another dumpster can be ordered for delivery online. If dumpsters are loaded above the sidewalls, Dumpster Today may refuse to pick up the dumpster and will charge customer a trip charge (trip charge range from $150 to $275 based on location and day of service). The renter must then unload the dumpster at their own expense and time to below the side wall top.
