I needed to get rid of so much extra stuff in the house. I tried calling a few bulk remover companies and the prices were so high. I friend recommended I rent a dumpster and it was the right choice! I found Dumpster today doing some research, their website was very clear and to the point with detailed descriptions of each possible dumpster. Once I called I was walked through pricing and the customer service rep answered all of my questions. The pricing for the time I had was great, I cleared out my garage and the upstairs without worry that I didn’t have enough time. The drop-off was seamless and every interaction came with a handshake and the best customer service. Also i found out it is veteran owned and as a retired service member myself I appreciated the open communication and professionalism of the staff. I could recommend this place all day but I suggest if you try for yourself. Bravo Zulu!!

This is going to sound weird, but I dealt with these folks very little, and it was perfect for me. I booked the dumpster online, made sure there was a space open in my driveway, and they delivered it basically contactless. We filled it, they picked it up again, contactless. Price was fair, and we're all happy about it. Hard to be mad about that kind of clean, simple process.

They had great communication and just made everything so easy. I was able to extend the rental for an additional day without any hassle. Pick up went smoothly as well. I used the Dumpster Today service to do a really nice clear out of our garage. Ended up throwing a ton of unused stuff away. It was perfect. Also, I needed another day. It only cost me $25 extra which was dope. Really recommend the service. They were timely and customer support was great.

I called once to specify delivery time & location in my driveway and they were terrific. They called me to ask if I could flex their pick up date and they were super nice. I was totally fine to flex the date and actually allowed me to keep the dumpster an extra day and get a few more things in it. The drivers were super careful and everything was seamless on delivery & pick up. I'll definitely use them again if I need it.

The drivers that dropped off the dumpster and came to take it away were both very friendly. They were careful not to damage any property. And turn around time getting the dumpster was very speedy. I will use them again for my projects and highly recommend them. I ordered the 12 yard size.Update: I see these dumpsters being used all over Round Rock a year later after I used my mine. I am considering another project soon and will for sure be using Dumpster Today again. They made it so simple and easy the last time.

Each was delivered and picked up in the time frame promised by a driver who was courteous and went out of his way to protect my property. They do have priority scheduling if you need an early pick up or delivery.

Overall very happy with the service! It was super simple, delivery and pickup was great. For the size its reasonably priced too, disposing of trash is pricier than you might think. While I weighed the idea of renting a truck, going to the dump, which would have been cheaper, the price for convenience is hard to beat. Would recommend!

We've had 2 jobs in the Austin area so far that I've used this company for and they have been so great with communication and getting back to me on anything I questions I have. Also the availability for what I need has been awesome.. both times I needed a dumpster a bit last minute and they were able to make it work same day. Dealing with other dumpster companies has been pretty bad especially recently, they tell you they'll be there and then won't show. Luckily I found this place and will be using them moving forward.
