I place the wrong date for when I needed the dumpster thinking that was a Friday and it was a Saturday called in the morning and spoke to somebody. Found out that I did that wrong and she and Melissa was awesome call me back at by the end of the day and was having somebody come out to bring it. Soon as I hung up he was already at my door with the dumpster and he was truly nice as can be and I’m very grateful thank you guys. Melissa, September 06, 2020

I came across Dumpster Today in a Google search and I I am extremely happy that I did! Their website is one of the most user-friendly and thorough that I’ve seen in a long time. I have rented dumpsters before from other companies, and it always seems to be a hassle with many websites not including pricing and accurate information. Not so with DumpsterToday. I live out of state, and had to arrange the dumpster from a long distance. Melissa answered all of my questions to make sure that I was setting everything up correctly. Once my questions were answered, it was extremely easy to arrange everything from the website. The dumpster was delivered punctually and picked up the same way. The service is exactly as described. I've rented from them twice recently, and a few things stand out. Extending a rental is super easy to do, and a very reasonable cost. Our weeks are hectic, so the company's flexibility is very much appreciated.I also ran into a little miscommunication regarding pickup scheduling. The issue was mostly on me, but the service rep was still incredibly understanding, and worked with her manager and the driver to find a solution. I am incredibly appreciative. All I have seen of this company is the best example of customer service I've seen in years. It's a pretty niche business market, but when I ever need a dumpster in the future, I guarantee they have my business.Edit: another review reminded me, I forgot to mention the delivery driver. Once again, another person who was friendly, flexible, and extremely easy to work with.
