Instant communication regarding delivery. Thorough questionnaire for delivery preferences sent. I responded to an automated email confirmation of the transaction and got a human response back within an hour. Delivery was excellent - they used great care to not damage the driveway. Dumpster was in good condition and was clean! Pickup was requested and occurred within 2 days of my request (I gave them flexible pickup). Received texts, emails, smoke signals, and carrier pigeons in duplicate to ensure that communication lines were open and varied! Also - thier texts are HILARIOUS! Never seen anyone more pumped up about a dumpster being delivered. 10 out of 10 - will be ordering from them again. Efficient, Affordable, Smooth, and actually....fun!
