Sometimes Couches, tires, televisions, computer monitors, white goods (appliances), non-friable asbestos, telephone poles, railroad ties, and agricultural waste are subject to additional charges at all local disposal facilities. Fees range from $25 to $250 per item (if you have questions please call our office prior to renting).<br \/>\nBase Rate & Scheduling \u2013 Rental base rate includes Dumpster rental for <strong>3, 7, or 14 days<\/strong> (dependent on rental period selected), one time delivery and one time pick up.  Base rate does not cover any additional hauls requested, dumpster relocation requests, any overage of agreed upon days, weight, damage to dumpsters, or any inappropriate waste filling of dumpster, overweight charges if over 4 ton, delay charges if the dumpster is overfull or inaccessible, labor charges to adjust uneven or unsafe loads, or any additional fees for unacceptable items, or sales tax.  Dumpster pick up must be scheduled online at www.dumpstertoday.com 24 hours in advance. NO PHONE CALL\u2019s for CHANGE ORDERS, PICK UP\u2019S, RESCHEDULES, OR SWAPS will be honored.  Additional days after the included (3, 7, or 14) are billed at a rate of $25 per day including Sunday(s). <br \/>\nWeight Rates & Additional Fees \u00ac\u2013 Weight is billed at a rate of $0.04 per pound with a 1-ton minimum ($80.00) (1-Ton equals 2,000 pounds).  Base Rental has <strong>NO included weight<\/strong>. If dumpster is over the MAXIMUM weight limit of 4 tons (8,000 lbs.) Lessor reserves the right to impose a penalty of up to $500.00.  If dumpster is blocked and\/or cannot be picked up for any reason (fault of lessee or not), lessee will be billed a trip charge.  Lessee is responsible for all debris this includes items lessee or anyone other than lessee puts into the dumpster while lessee is possession of dumpster.  Lessee is also responsible for any and all damage, this includes but is not limited to fire, theft, vandalism, negligence, graffiti, natural disaster, or other activity which causes damages.  If dumpster is damaged and deemed un-rentable from lessee negligence or other activities, lessee agrees to pay loss of use to lessor while dumpster is repaired and\/or replaced.  In the invent dumpster is damaged lessor will provide lessee with an estimate for repairs and lessor will take all responsible actions to repair dumpster as fast as possible. Lessee agrees to <strong>Not Block Dumpster<\/strong> at any time, if dumpster is blocked and cannot be picked up for any reason lessee will charged a trip charge.  Trip charge will be no less than one hundred fifty US dollars ($150.00), and no greater than two hundred fifty US dollars ($250.00) per trip.  <br \/>\nRequirements & Guarantees Responsibilities  \u00ac\u2013  Lessor requires a flat and level surface for dumpster placement. Lessor cannot guarantee delivery time and\/or a pick up time but will do their best to accommodate customer(s) schedule.  If dumpster is ordered before 10:00 A.M. lessor can usually deliver the same-day.  On some occasions, lessor can also deliver same day if dumpster is ordered after 10:00 AM but does not guarantee it.  If lessor is unable to deliver or pick up dumpster on requested day, Lessor will automatically schedule delivery and\/or pick up on the next available working day.  The customer is responsible for any local city or municipality permit, which may be required.  Lessee is fully responsible for the entire contents of the container and is the rightful owner of the contents of the container until the container is disposed and accepted without protest by the prospective disposal facility. Materials may be returned to the lessee at the lessee\u2019s expense.  .  <br \/>\n<br \/>\n<br \/>\nRelease of Liability \/ Hold Harmless \u2013 Lessee acknowledges that lessor  will not be responsible for pavement markings, road surfaces, sod, lawn, asphalt, driveway, concrete, landscaping, overhead obstructions, trees, flowers, etc. All reasonable care will be taken during placement and removal of the equipment to protect the property.  Lessee is responsible for any and all damage from the time the equipment is delivered until it is returned. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nTerms of Sale Agreement, and Credit Card Charge(s)<br \/>\nI, the undersigned (electronic signature) lessee, release Dumpster Today from all responsibility for damages that may occur during the rental, placement of the container, picking up of the container, and relocating the container. Lessee agrees unconditionally, to pay for all services, fees, penalties, repairs, loss of use, and any if applicable reasonable attorney\u2019s fees and collection fees incurred in the collection of any monies owed. Lessor reserves the right to limit or withdraw services at any time for any reason. The undersigned understands that full payment is due upon receipt of invoices. The undersigned agrees and authorizes any balances due may be charged to credit card(s) on file. Balances are subject to 3% late charges (per month) on any outstanding balance, if not received according to terms.
